Shower Steamer

Shower steamers are meant to clear the sinuses. Do not use steamers in the bath tub while soaking. Place steamer in the area of gentle mist from shower water and avoid placing in direct water stream or over drain. 

My shower steamers contain menthol crystals whose aroma is strong. Avoid touching the eyes immediately after handling the steamer.
